Job summary

Howatson+Company in Sydney is seeking a Producer to support the seamless execution of creative projects across film, stills, digital content, and post-production. Reporting to the Chief Production Officer, you will manage all campaign productions and day-to-day studio operations.

You will oversee end-to-end production processes, manage multiple campaigns, ensure high creative standards, and drive cost-effective execution through vendor negotiations while building strong partnerships with clients

  • Manage end-to-end production processes for campaigns from conceptualisation to delivery.
  • Oversee multiple projects across formats, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
  • Ensure deliverables meet high creative standards and sustain the studio's reputation.
  • Manage production budgets and negotiate with vendors for cost-effective execution.
  • Coordinate schedules, troubleshoot issues, and ensure on-time delivery while exceeding expectations.
  • Foster relationships with internal teams, external partners, and clients as a trusted contact.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.

What's my job?

Located in Sydney, our Production team is looking for a Producer to join their team. You will play a key role in supporting the seamless execution of creative projects across film, stills, digital content, and post-production. Reporting to the Chief Production Officer, you will manage all campaign productions, and ensure smooth day-to-day studio operations.

A day in the life
  • Manage end-to-end production processes for a variety of creative campaigns, from conceptualisation to delivery, ensuring all deadlines are met and every project runs seamlessly.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously across various formats, always keeping an eye on the big picture while managing the details.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet the highest creative standards, elevating the output of the studio and maintaining its reputation for excellence.
  • Manage production budgets and vendor negotiations to ensure cost-effective execution.
  • Manage schedules, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring all deliverables are on time while exceeding creative expectations.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal creative teams, external vendor partners, and clients, acting as a trusted partner and point of contact.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.

  • You've got 2-3 years experience in a production role at an agency.
  • Familiarity with emerging production technologies and tools.
