Global Skills is seeking 3 Post Placement Support Consultants to join the Penrith Head Office team. You will deliver post-placement support to participants and liaise with employers, visiting workplaces as required from our Penrith base.

Ideal candidates are compassionate, organised and outcomes-focused, helping participants settle into roles, overcome early challenges and maintain sustainable employment, while building trusted employer relationships and recording progress accurately.

Qualifications

• Experience in disability, employment services, recruitment, case management, or related field.
• Full unrestricted driver’s licence and willingness to travel as required.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with diverse participants.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular check-ins with participants during transition into employment.
• Develop practical support strategies based on participant circumstances and goals.
• Identify barriers to employment and coordinate timely assistance or referrals.
• Liaise with employers to support positive workplace relationships and outcomes.
• Provide coaching on workplace expectations, communication and problem-solving.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with requirements.
