Job summary

Global Skills is seeking an Employment Consultant in our Workforce Australia program to support job seekers in the Ryde area. You will develop personalised job plans, guide resumes and interview prep, and coordinate training and ongoing workplace support after placement, all in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

You will build strong relationships with local employers to broker suitable roles and help diverse job seekers achieve their employment goals, while meeting deadlines and KPIs

• Excellent communication across diverse backgrounds.
• Strong administrative and computer skills.
• Ability to work to deadlines and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Provide customised support to a diverse caseload of job seekers, including personalised job plans, resume and career guidance, interview preparation, training referrals and ongoing workplace support after job placement.
• Build positive relationships with potential employers to broker suitable roles.
