Job summary

Binah Group is seeking a Client Care Supervisor to oversee post-construction projects and occupied apartments, ensuring end-user satisfaction and compliance with warranties and building codes.

You will supervise subcontractors, liaise with owners, strata managers, and the Client Care department, document progress with ITP/ITC, and drive defect resolution, inspections, and warranty obligations while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent and construction knowledge.
• Experience in on-site and occupied buildings and post-construction works.
• Customer service focus with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and teamwork with effective time management.
• Understanding of construction processes and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractors, procurement, and on-site activities to meet contract requirements.
• Supervise the defect and warranty process, ensuring timely closure and compliance.
• Liaise with owners, strata managers, and the Client Care department to address end-user needs.
• Conduct onsite inspections, document work using ITP/ITC, and store records in IMS.
• Create and monitor lists of defects, track time and costs for remediation.
• Ensure work aligns with design, codes, Australian Standards, and safety requirements.
