Job summary

LiveBig, a clinician-led allied health provider, is seeking an experienced Positive Behavioral Support Practitioner (NDIS Registered) to join the Northern Perth team (Osborne Park and Kingsley). The role can be full-time or part-time (minimum 4 days/week) with supervision and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current registration with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission as a Behavior Support Practitioner (mandatory).
• Strong assessment, report writing and stakeholder engagement skills.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Conducting functional behaviour assessments and comprehensive PBS assessments.
• Developing evidence-based Behavior Support Plans.
• Delivering person-centred recommendations and interventions.
• Maintaining high-quality clinical documentation and reporting.
• Delivering supports in line with NDIS Practice Standards and relevant legislation.
• Managing appointments and service delivery efficiently across home, community and telehealth settings.

We're currently seeking an experienced Positive Behavioral Support Practitioner to join our growing Northern Perth team (predominately in Osborne Park and Kingsley) in a full-time or part-time capacity (minimum 4 days per week).
