Job summary

Allied Health Talent is seeking an experienced PBS clinician to join one of our client organisations in Sydney. This senior role offers a flexible hybrid model, an autonomous diary, and a rewarding caseload across children, youth and adults, supported by an in-house MDT.

You will lead FBAs, design Behaviour Support Plans, and mentor junior staff while aligning with NDIS Quality & Safeguards standards. Remuneration is fully negotiated based on experience and registration.

Qualifications

• NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner registration — Proficient, Advanced, or Specialist level (Proficient minimum)
• Proven track record in complex FBAs and high-quality Behaviour Support Plan development
• Strong knowledge of NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission regulations and the PBS Capability Framework
• Valid Australian Driver's Licence and reliable transport

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and evaluate comprehensive Positive Behaviour Support Plans for complex NDIS participants
• Lead Functional Behaviour Assessments and translate findings into practical, person-centred strategies
• Champion restrictive practice reduction in line with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission standards
• Mentor junior practitioners and build clinical capability across the team
• Collaborate with an in-house MDT to deliver seamless, holistic participant care
