Real Therapy Solutions, part of the MedHealth Group, is seeking an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner to conduct functional assessments and develop comprehensive PBS plans. You will tailor plans to individual goals, support participants with complex needs, and collaborate with families within a multidisciplinary team.

Job Description

In this role you will:

• Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop a comprehensive understanding of participant needs.
• Create evidence-based, personalised Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans tailored to individual goals and circumstances.
• Support participants with complex needs through a Positive Behaviour Support approach
• Collaborate with families andsupport networks to achieve positive outcomes
• Work within a collaborative multidisciplinary team that values clinical excellence, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current registration as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner (Core, Proficient or Advanced)
• Demonstrated experience delivering behaviour support and producing high-quality behaviour support plans and reports
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a complex, varied caseload independently
• Degree in allied health or related area (preferred but not necessary)
• Current driver's license and own reliable vehicle
