Job summary

LiveBig is expanding across Brisbane South, Logan and Ipswich and seeks a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join a clinician‑led team. The role focuses on comprehensive assessments, development of Behaviour Support Plans, and delivering person‑centred strategies for participants and families.

The successful candidate will work within a supportive network, with strong supervision, travel reimbursement and opportunities for professional development in a growing national organisation.

Qualifications

• Current registration with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission as a Behaviour Support Practitioner (mandatory).
• Strong assessment, report writing and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive behaviour and functional assessments.
• Developing evidence-based Behaviour Support Plans.
• Delivering person-centred, capacity-building strategies.
• Preparing high-quality clinical reports and recommendations.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Managing appointments and caseload responsibilities effectively.
• Delivering services in line with NDIS Practice Standards and relevant legislation.

We're growing across Brisbane South predominately Logan and Ipswich and are looking for an experienced Positive Behavior Support Practitioner to join our supportive and clinician-led team.
