  • Ensure participants and families have input into the planning and development of all support plans and behavioural interventions.
  • Maintain expertise of a range of models such as the Human Rights framework and person centred/active support principles and strategies to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions that influence development and behaviours of concern.
  • Provide expertise, advice, and input regarding the impact of sector and state issues on specialist, behavioural and developmental support service delivery.
  • Manage performance, professional development and workforce planning for the PBS, Community Nursing and Allied Health team, including recruitment, retention and succession planning in partnership with the People and Culture team.
  • Utilise effective measures to record objective achievements and provide reports as required. Identifying and applying benchmarking data to results where possible and relevant.
