Job summary

All Aspects Excavator Hire is seeking an experienced Posi Track/Excavator Operator to join our team in Hervey Bay, QLD. This full-time role focuses on safely operating posi track machines to perform excavation, grading and material handling on various construction sites.

You will work closely with site supervisors to ensure tasks are completed on schedule, with attention to safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate has a minimum of five years on-site experience, a current ticket for

Qualifications

• Current and valid ticket for operating excavators and/or posi track equipment.
• Minimum 5 years experience operating posi tracks and excavators on site.
• Sound knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements in the construction industry.
• Excellent understanding of equipment operation, maintenance and safe handling practices.
• Ability to work away Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities

• Operate posi track and excavators with final trim precision.
• Hr License at a minimum.
• Perform pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance checks on all equipment.
• Ability to work away Monday - Friday.
• Work collaboratively with site supervisors, project managers and other team members to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment operation and site activities.
• Adhere to all workplace health and safety regulations, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Respond promptly to equipment issues and report maintenance requirements to supervisors.
• Operate equipment in challenging terrain and varying weather conditions whilst maintaining productivity and safety standards.
