Job summary

Pooltekqld Pty Ltd on the Sunshine Coast is seeking an experienced Combo Operator to join our earthmoving and residential pool construction team. You will operate Excavators and Posi-Tracks, prepare sites and assist with pool builds to a high standard.

This hands-on role requires reliability, a strong safety focus and the ability to work independently or with a small team on site. A current MR Driver's Licence and White Card are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience operating Excavators and Posi-Tracks in earthmoving or pool projects.
• Ability to work around residential properties with care and safety.
• Reliable, punctual and proactive with a strong safety mindset.
• Holds MR Driver's Licence and White Card are preferred.
• Capable of working independently or as part of a small team.

Responsibilities

• Operating Excavators, Posi-Tracks and other earthmoving equipment.
• Excavating and preparing sites for swimming pool construction.
• Working around existing homes, structures, services and landscaping.
• Backfilling, levelling, spreading and general earthmoving.
• Assisting with pool construction and site preparation.
• Loading and moving materials.
• General site clean-up and maintaining a safe, tidy worksite.
• Performing daily equipment checks and basic maintenance.
• Working as part of a small, professional team.
