Job summary

The Sydney Boulevard Hotel, managed by Accor, seeks a Portfolio Revenue Manager to cover a 12-month parental leave. Drive revenue growth, optimize pricing strategies and channel performance, and mentor junior team members across a 2–3 property portfolio.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Finance to align strategies with business goals. You will lead performance reviews, forecast pricing, and maintain data quality within RevPAR optimization initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of revenue management experience.
• Experience in a multi-property environment preferable.
• Strong analytical and strategic decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with distribution channels and RevPAR optimization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee revenue management strategies across 2–3 properties.
• Ensure consistent pricing and revenue strategies across hotels.
• Conduct market analysis and performance benchmarking.
• Lead weekly/bi-weekly Revenue Management meetings with insights from data.
