Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to oversee lease administration, arrears, and owner reporting across a northern Perth portfolio. Based in the Perth CBD, you will support a Centre Manager and Facilities Management team, focusing on the portfolio while maintaining strong retailer relationships.

You will lead renewals and short-form leasing transactions, contribute to centre-level strategy, and coordinate with a high-calibre team to shape the commercial approach for IFM

Qualifications

• Experience in lease administration and arrears management.
• Proven ability to prepare owner reporting and financial summaries.
• Strong relationship management with retailers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage lease administration, arrears and outgoings reconciliation across the portfolio.
• Prepare and deliver accurate owner reporting and financial summaries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
• Lead renewals, licence agreements and short-form leasing transactions.
• Collaborate with the Centre Manager and FM team on centre-level strategy and performance.
