Job summary

Collaborate Recruitment is seeking a Portfolio Coordinator to support the delivery and governance of large, multi‑project portfolios within a structured PMO environment. The position is based in the Sutherland Shire and supports governance across technical, business and operational stakeholders.

The role emphasizes clear reporting, disciplined controls and cross‑functional coordination. It is a 6‑12 month contract with a hybrid work arrangement; AU citizenship is a must.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Governance, Assurance Reporting & Controls.
• Significant experience with projects and portfolio management.
• Experience in an Enterprise Project Management Office.
• Significant experience in stakeholder management.
• Significant experience in customer focused outcomes.
• Technical skills in Microsoft Products, particularly MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Governance and Assurance within the ANSTO project management methodology.
• Supporting Systems guidance with the current set of the Project Management tools.
• Takes a collaborative approach with key stakeholders : Procurement, legal, Health and safety.
