REST Industry Super is seeking a Manager, Portfolio Analytics to transform member and employer data into clear, actionable insights that inform strategic decisions. You’ll deliver accurate reporting, analyse performance across initiatives and ensure insights are simple, accessible and aligned with enterprise priorities.

You will contribute to the financial wellbeing of millions of Australians by translating complex data into meaningful recommendations for senior stakeholders and collaborating

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Finance, Computer Science or an equivalent discipline.
• Experience within superannuation or financial services, with understanding of member, product and regulatory environments.
• Excellent analytical capability with data and technology to uncover insights and support decision-making.
• Experience with data platforms and analytical tools such as SQL and Tableau Cloud.
• Commercial and financial acumen, connecting data to business priorities and outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement, translating data into clear business insights.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate portfolio analytics, performance reporting and insights to support strategic decision‑making.
• Analyse performance across strategic initiatives to identify trends, issues and opportunities.
• Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Create narratives from member and employer data for senior reporting.
• Collaborate with Member, Commercial and Risk teams to align measures and improve governance.
