Ethos BeathChapman is seeking a Portfolio Analyst to provide planning, reporting and analytical support across a portfolio of strategic initiatives within the Growth Office.

The role focuses on planning processes, performance reporting, investment governance and portfolio optimisation to enable informed decision making and improved outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years' experience in portfolio management, business performance, strategy, finance, consulting or PMO functions.
• Experience supporting planning, prioritisation, investment governance or benefits realisation activities.
• Experience with benefits management, business case development or portfolio planning frameworks.

Currently recruiting for a Portfolio Analyst with Planning & Performance skills to provides planning, reporting and analytical support. $800 including super. Must have Financial Services experience.

• The role is responsible for supporting portfolio planning, prioritisation, capacity management, benefits realisation and investment performance across a portfolio of strategic, tactical and marketing initiatives.
• Working within the Growth Office, the role supports planning processes, performance reporting, investment governance and portfolio optimisation activities, enabling informed decision making and improved portfolio outcomes across the portfolio.
• This is a contract to the end of June 2027.
• Support annual and quarterly portfolio planning processes.
• Facilitate prioritisation workshops and portfolio planning activities.
• Maintain portfolio demand, pipeline and prioritisation artefacts.
• Support evaluation and prioritisation of new investment opportunities.
• Assist in development of portfolio scenarios and investment options
• Analyse portfolio performance, trends and delivery outcomes.
• Track and report growth performance indicators and OKRs.
• Produce executive insights and portfolio performance recommendations.
• Provide data-driven analysis to support portfolio investment decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve portfolio outcomes and return on investment

Experience required
