What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcome and assist guests with arrivals, departures, and luggage services.
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide a personalised introduction to hotel facilities.
• Deliver exceptional service through genuine guest engagement and attention to detail.
• Coordinate the efficient handling of luggage, mail, messages, and guest requests.
• Support VIP arrivals and special guest experiences.
• Assist with valet parking and vehicle retrieval where required.
• Share local knowledge and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional front entrance and lobby environment.

Qualifications

You are a friendly, energetic, and service‑focused professional who enjoys creating memorable guest experiences and thrives in a fast‑paced hospitality environment. You bring:

• Previous experience in a hotel, hospitality, or guest service role (preferred).
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication skills with confident spoken and written English.
• Excellent presentation and a warm, welcoming personality.
• Sound knowledge of the local area or a willingness to learn.
• A valid Australian Driver's Licence.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
