Accor’s Hotel Chadstone Melbourne MGallery seeks a Porter/Concierge to assist guests during arrival, stay and departure. You will handle luggage, valet parking and guest requests while delivering a memorable experience in our luxury hotel.

Qualifications

• Victorian full drivers license is essential.
• Energetic, team-focused and can-do attitude.

• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work across a 7 day roster - evenings, mornings and weekends.

• Assist guests with general enquiries and luggage requests.
• Valet parking of cars.
• General Porter duties as required.

Job Description

As a Porter / Concierge, no two days are the same. You will assist our guests with all aspects of their arrival and departure experience, and everything in between-luggage assistance, valet parking and responding to guest requests - whilst at the same time, creating stories that stay.

• Welcome our guests and make them feel special
• Assist guests with general enquiries and luggage requests
• Valet parking of cars
• General Porter duties as required

Hourly Pay rates:

• Mon to Fri: $27.08(+ $2.95evening loading after 7pm)
• Saturday: $33.85
• Sunday: $40.62
• Public Holidays: $60.93
