Job summary

The Hotel Windsor is seeking an enthusiastic Porter to join our Concierge team on a part-time basis in Melbourne's CBD. You will greet guests on arrival and departure, and be the first and last point of contact for guests.

Responsibilities include handling luggage, delivering bags to rooms, and providing information on the hotel and local attractions. Valet parking, local knowledge, and a positive attitude are essential. Staff perks include discounts and a daily staff meal.

Qualifications

• One year experience in a similar role or 5-star hotel environment.
• Australian Manual Driver's License is a must.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Exceptional eye for detail and a positive attitude.
• Opera knowledge will be highly regarded.

The Opportunity

Our beautiful hotel is looking for an enthusiastic and helpful Porter to join our Concierge team on a Part-Time basis. As a key player within our Concierge Department, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, therefore great people skills are a must!

• Greet and attend to all guests upon arrival and departure, be the first and last point of contact!
• Provide helpful, friendly and personalized service, attending to guest errands and requests.
• Handle guest luggage; delivering bags and luggage to the relevant rooms where necessary.
• Provide accurate information on the hotel and restaurants within the group.

Our successful candidate will have:
