You will coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve milestones and maintain thorough project documentation.

The role requires planning, tracking budgets, and applying regulatory and organisational standards, with emphasis on risk identification and proactive issue escalation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in civil project management or asset delivery.
• Qualifications in Engineering, Project Management, or related fields (desirable).
• Familiarity with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, execution, and delivery of terminal infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve milestones.
• Support budget management, procurement, and contract administration.
• Monitor safety compliance and adherence to standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
