Job summary

CBRE's Retail team in Canberra is sourcing and driving mall leasing, activations and alternative income opportunities across three shopping centres—Canberra Centre, Eastland & Epping. You’ll work closely with Sales, Centre Management, Marketing and Leasing to secure pop-up retailers, media campaigns, kiosks and activation partners that enhance the customer experience while delivering revenue growth.

This role blends relationship management with retail property exposure and offers opportunities

Qualifications

• Prior administration, retail, property or associated industry experience highly regarded.
• Demonstrated accuracy managing documentation, reporting and data.
• Competent across the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong time management, organisation and prioritisation skills.
• Self-motivated, commercially focused and confident working autonomously while contributing to a team environment.

Join CBRE's Retail team and drive mall leasing, activations and alternative income opportunities across three shopping centres - Canberra Centre, Eastland & Epping.

Working closely with the Sales Manager, Centre Management, Marketing and Leasing teams, you'll source and assist securing pop-up retailers, media campaigns, kiosks and activation partners that enhance the customer experience while delivering revenue growth.

This role combines relationship management and retail property exposure, making it ideal for someone who enjoys commercial outcomes and seeing their deals come to life.

What You'll Do
