Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a proactive administrator with a retail/property background to support leasing across three Canberra shopping centres: Canberra Centre, Eastland & Epping. You will help source pop-ups, activations and temporary opportunities, building strong retailer and partner relationships to drive revenue and customer experience.

The role collaborates with Sales, Centre Management, Marketing and Leasing teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly and documentation is maintained

Qualifications

• Prior administration, retail, or property experience highly regarded.
• Accurate documentation, reporting and data management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist to source, negotiate and manage pop-up retailers, activations, media, kiosk and vending opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with retailers, brands, agencies and activation partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Leasing, Property Management and Operations teams to deliver successful campaigns.
• Maintain leasing documentation, reporting and retailer databases.
• Contribute to leasing targets, revenue growth and customer experience initiatives
