Bega Valley Shire Council is seeking a Pool Team Leader to oversee the delivery of pool operations, supervision, programming and customer service at Bega War Memorial Pool and Council facilities. You will supervise staff, implement administrative, operational and maintenance tasks and ensure compliance with aquatic facility requirements.

The role requires a Certificate IV in Sports, Aquatics & Recreation and at least four years in the aquatic industry.

Formación

• Certificate IV in Sports, Aquatics & Recreation.
• Minimum four years’ experience in the aquatic industry.
• Experience delivering aquatic programs (learn to swim, squads, schools).
• Experience administering aquatic facility systems, customer service, stock management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise administrative, operations, maintenance, and aquatic programs.
• Implement BVSC aquatic facility requirements and safety standards.
• Coordinate with Operations, Aquatic Services, and Gym & Fitness teams.
• Assist in training and induction of BVSC facility staff.
