You will oversee staff development, facility performance, compliance and risk, while driving continuous improvement and delivering strong financial outcomes for the Council.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in management of a public facility is desirable.
• Strong focus on health, wellbeing and recreation for the community.
• Ability to manage staff development, risk and compliance in a leisure setting.
