Job summary

Warrumbungle Shire Council is seeking an Urban Services Operator / Pool Attendant to support pool operations in season and maintain parks and public facilities year-round.

You’ll guard pools, test water quality, assist with community programs, and help with mowing, gardening and minor repairs outside the season. A valid Driver Licence, White Card, and willingness to obtain relevant certifications are essential; rostered weekend overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate (or ability to obtain).
• Provide First Aid certification is required.
• White Card and valid driver licence.

Responsibilities

• Lifeguarding and pool operations during the season.
• Maintain parks, gardens and public facilities in off-season.
