Job summary

Campbelltown City Council is seeking enthusiastic Pool Lifeguards to join the team across our facilities on permanent full-time and casual terms. You will contribute to water safety, patron support and a positive pool environment.

To be considered, you must hold a Pool Lifeguard Award, First Aid certificate and a valid Working With Children Check. The role offers a base hourly rate of 31.31–33.90 AUD plus 12% super, with penalties for weekends and public holidays where applicable.

Qualifications

• Hold a current Pool Lifeguard Award or letter of completion (licence essential after 3 months).
• A current First Aid certificate is required.
• Possess a current cleared Working With Children Check with Services NSW.

Responsibilities

• Ensure water safety and supervise pool areas.
• Support a large and dynamic team across facilities.
• Adhere to rosters including early starts, late finishes, weekends and public holidays.
