Job summary

Sydney Poolscapes is hiring a Pool Construction Driver & Labourer to help build dream backyards across Sydney. You will travel to residential sites, handle manual driving duties, and support excavation through to splash finishes as part of a close-knit team.

Ideal candidates bring a C class licence, White Card, reliable transport, and a strong work ethic with good communication. Saturdays are required; Monday off to recover.

Qualifications

• C class licence with ability to drive manual vehicles.
• White Card holder ready to commence work.
• Reliable transport to the Penrith base each morning.
• Excellent communication and a team-first attitude.
• Willingness to travel across Sydney for pool builds.

Responsibilities

• Travel across Sydney Metro to construct high-end residential pools.
• Assist from excavation to the first splash and finish.
• Join a tight-knit team that values collaboration.
• Learn specialised skills in the booming pool construction industry.
