The ideal candidate has proven welding skills, can read technical drawings, and values safety and teamwork. This full-time role offers on-site work with training opportunities and PPE provided.

Qualifications

• Experience as a poly welder, preferably in gas industries.
• Skilled in fusion welding and mechanical joining of polyethylene pipes.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and specs.
• Strong focus on safety and quality workmanship.
• Physically fit and able to work in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Perform polyethylene pipe welding using fusion and mechanical joining techniques to industry standards.
• Install and repair plumbing systems with precision.
• Inspect welded joints and finished work for quality and compliance.
• Prepare pipe materials and surfaces for welding and testing.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools safely.
• Follow drawings and instructions to complete projects on schedule.
• Maintain safe work practices and report progress.
• Collaborate with team to troubleshoot and improve processes.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Document work and report project progress.
