Job summary

XPT Software Australia Pty Ltd in Australia is seeking a PMO Analyst (Baseline Clearance) to provide a timely, clear view of program status across major initiatives. The role is mid to senior, reporting to the PMO lead, and involves producing status packs and maintaining RAID registers.

You will build and own reporting tooling and processes, pair with ASIC PMO staff to run the reporting cycle, and work with Power BI or similar tools to enhance Commonwealth project reporting.

Qualifications

• PMO reporting and RAID management on large programs; strong data and reporting tool skills.
• Desirable: Power BI or similar; Commonwealth reporting.

Responsibilities

• Produce status reporting and the steering committee pack.
• Maintain risk, issue, assumption and dependency registers.
• Build and own reporting tooling and processes.
• Pair with ASIC PMO staff so they run the reporting cycle.
