Job summary

Toll Group is seeking an Operations Manager for PM Shift at the Kemps Creek site in Sydney, NSW. You will oversee the largest Toll facility in Australia, a 68,000sqm automated warehouse, driving day-to-day operations and strategic planning to meet KPIs and budgets.

You will lead a new team, champion safety, and drive automation initiatives while building client relationships and ensuring high service standards across the 3PL operation.

Qualifications

• Experience or exposure in a 3PL environment.
• Experience or exposure to warehouse automation.
• Strong background in logistics/supply chain management and warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of WMS and pick technologies.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Certificate/Diploma in Warehousing & Distribution or Transport & Logistics (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day and long-term operational planning to meet KPIs and budget targets.
• Lead and mentor a new team, fostering a culture of safety, engagement, and performance.
• Drive process improvements and implement automation initiatives to enhance productivity.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver outstanding service.
• Ensure compliance with WHS, DG, and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support growth and operational excellence.
