Qualifications

• Experience leading logistics or supply chain operations.
• Healthcare knowledge is a bonus.
• Knowledge of ISO standards is preferable.
• Experience with warehousing systems and SAP ERP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehousing and distribution activities to meet objectives.
• Develop and lead operational teams with accountability and continuous improvement.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Drive KPI performance, service levels and on-time delivery.
• Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility, HSE and regulatory standards.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for productivity and growth.
• Coach and develop future leaders within the business.
