Harlequin Signs is recruiting a PM Quoting Signage in Slacks Creek, QLD. This full‑time role manages the quotation process for signage projects, working across design, production and sales to ensure accurate, competitive quotes and timely delivery.

You will review scopes, costs and overheads, track quotes, and follow up to drive project confirmation. We value teamwork and reliability, offering a structured role with opportunities to develop pricing expertise and contribute to high‑quality

Harlequin Signs is UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT and is seeking a PM Quoting Signage professional to join our dynamic team in Slacks Creek, QLD. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in our business operations. As PM Quoting Signage, you will be responsible for managing the quotation process for our signage projects, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness and timely delivery of quotes to clients. This position bridges our design and sales teams, providing essential project management and commercial expertise that directly impacts our revenue and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Prepare detailed and competitive quotations for signage projects based on client specifications and requirements

Liaise with design, production and sales teams to gather accurate information for quote compilation

Manage quotation timelines to ensure swift turnaround whilst maintaining accuracy and quality

Review project scope, materials, labour costs and overheads to develop comprehensive pricing

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of material costs, supplier pricing and production capabilities

Communicate with clients to clarify project details and ensure all quotation requirements are understood

Track and record all quotations for analysis, forecasting and business intelligence purposes

Follow up on outstanding quotes and support the sales process through to project confirmation

Identify opportunities to improve quotation processes and efficiency within the department

What we're looking for

Proven experience in quotation management, project quoting or similar estimating roles, preferably within the signage, print or trades and services industry

Strong knowledge of signage materials, production processes and associated costs

Excellent numerical and analytical skills with proficiency in spreadsheet software and quotation management systems

Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and project briefs accurately

Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively across multiple departments and with clients

Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all quotations and documentation

Ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of relevant industry standards, safety requirements and compliance considerations for signage projects

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with project management or CRM software

Experience with CorelDraw will be highly regarded

Experience with CNC router will be regarded

Experience will commercial printers will be regarded
