Job summary

CroCare in Bell Park, Geelong, is hiring a permanent part-time Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (PM/ND shifts) to join our 100-bed residential aged care home. You will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to support safe, high-quality care and daily living activities for residents.

We value person-centred care, dignity, and cultural respect within a not-for-profit setting. Applicants must be available for PM and/or night shifts as part of a stable roster and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse with endorsement to administer medications.
• Residential aged care experience is essential.
• Experience caring for residents with dementia and complex needs.
• Strong clinical observation and escalation skills.
• Accurate and timely clinical documentation and record-keeping.
• Excellent communication and teamwork within a multidisciplinary care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, respectful, person-centred nursing and direct personal care to residents.
• Administer medications and monitor residents under supervision.
• Complete clinical observations and contribute to assessments and care plans.
• Support admissions, transfers and changes in resident care needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support continuity of care across shifts.
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses, EENs, PCAs and other care staff.
