Job summary

Qualifications

• Hold a valid qualification with current AHPRA registration.
• Experience in aged care and person-centred care.
• Commitment to safe medication administration and resident welfare.
• Satisfactory background checks and vaccination status.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent, person-centred resident care.
• Implement best practice nursing care according to the resident care plan and Standards.
• Monitor residents' condition and health and record progress.
• Lead a team of Personal Care Workers and coordinate clinical tasks and documentation.
