Job summary

IntoWork in Melbourne (Deer Park campus) is seeking qualified plumbers who want to become trainers, with on-the-job learning to gain a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE). You’ll be paid while you learn and receive mentoring from experienced trainers.

This role focuses on teaching apprentices, sharing practical knowledge, and building a long-term career in Australia's leading training organisation, with a supportive work-life balance and modern facilities.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified plumber.
• If not TA E qualified, you will be Trainer Under Direction and paid while you learn.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor apprentices and younger workers.
• Share practical knowledge to help learners progress.
• Support learners through the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

This campus is located in Deer Park, VIC.
