Job summary

AGA Australia is seeking qualified electricians who want to become trainers at our Deer Park campus. You’ll be paid while you learn and supported to complete your Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE).

If you already hold a TAE, you’ll step into teaching with mentoring from experienced trainers as you help the next generation of apprentices develop their skills. Join a leading Australian training organisation and build a rewarding, future-focused career with strong work-life balance

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified electrician.
• Willing to complete or hold a TAE qualification.
• Ability to mentor and train apprentices.
• Experience in teaching or training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and facilitate training sessions for apprentices.
• Mentor learners and provide hands-on coaching on site.
• Support learners through completing their Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE).

We'll employ you as a Trainer Under Direction, pay you while you learn, and support you through completing your Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE). You'll receive mentoring from experienced trainers and gain hands-on teaching experience while building your new career.

This campus is located in Deer Park.
