Job summary

Precise Plumbing and Gas PtyLtd, based in Osborne Park, seeks a Perth-based Project Manager to lead commercial plumbing projects from planning through handover, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and quality. The role is office-based with coordination across Perth.

As part of our team, you will liaise with clients, site teams, contractors and suppliers while managing budgets and schedules and driving continuous improvements as the business grows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager in plumbing or construction.
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and WA regulations.
• Proven ability to deliver complex projects from start to finish.
• Confident managing budgets, programmes and resourcing.
• Excellent communication skills with clients, trades and office staff.
• Sound problem solving and decision making under pressure.
• A leadership style that brings people with you.

About the Role

Based at our Osborne Park office, you'll take ownership of plumbing projects across Perth. From planning through to handover. You'll be the link between clients, site teams, contractors and suppliers, making sure jobs run on time, on budget, and to the standard our name is built on.

Responsibilities include

• Developing and executing project plans for commercial plumbing works
• Managing budgets, schedules and resources across multiple jobs
• Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
• Identifying risks early and putting practical solutions in place
• Liaising directly with clients, builders and consultants
• Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety and industry standards
• Driving process improvements as the business grows

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in plumbing or construction
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and WA regulations
• Proven ability to deliver complex projects from start to finish
• Confident managing budgets, programmes and resourcing
• Excellent communication skills with clients, trades and office staff
• Sound problem solving and decision making under pressure
• A leadership style that brings people with you
• Plumbing trade background is highly regarded but not essential
