Job summary

Servus Group in Melbourne seeks an experienced Plumbing Supervisor to lead our maintenance team, drive safe, high-quality work, and strengthen client relationships.

You will mentor field plumbers, assist with quotes and estimates, coordinate scheduling, and ensure operations run smoothly with strong systems and support.

Qualifications

• Registered Plumber (Victoria) is required.
• Experience in maintenance and service plumbing.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in quoting and estimating plumbing works.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of field plumbers.
• Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support.
• Prepare quotes and estimates for maintenance and repair works.

About the Role
