Job summary

Routy's Plumbing & Gas seeks an experienced Onsite Project Manager to take ownership of a large multi-residential apartment project that is already underway. The role requires stepping into an active site, quickly understanding status, building relationships with the team, and driving to completion.

You will coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, manage programme, quality, safety and budgets, and liaise with the builder, consultants, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must be a full qualified Plumber with WA tradesperson licenses.
• Able to step into an active construction site and keep it moving with minimal disruption.
• Highly organised and solutions-focused.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

We're looking for someone who:

• Must be a full qualified Plumber with WA tradesperson licenses
• Can confidently pick up a project mid‑construction and keep it moving with minimal disruption.
• Is highly organised and solutions-focused.
• Has excellent communication and leadership skills.Understands commercial plumbing and hydraulic services
