Job summary

Urban Plumbing & Gas Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial plumbing construction projects from planning through completion in Adelaide. The role suits someone ready to step into a leadership position as a Site Manager / Supervisor or Senior Plumber.

You will coordinate plumbers, apprentices, subcontractors, and suppliers, programming works to ensure timely delivery and maintaining budgets, WHS compliance, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Current SA Plumbing and Gas Licence (essential).
• Current SA Driver's Licence.
• Experience as a Project Manager, Site Manager, Supervisor, or Senior Plumber.
• Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing commercial plumbing construction projects from award to completion.
• Overseeing site management, supervision, and daily construction activities.
• Coordinating plumbers, apprentices, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Programming works and ensuring projects are delivered on time.
• Managing budgets, variations, and project costs.
• Liaising with builders, clients, and consultants.
• Ensuring compliance with WHS, quality, and plumbing standards.
• Identifying and resolving site and project issues.
