Job description

Roebuck Civil is a well-established civil construction company delivering medium to large-scale infrastructure projects across Central and North Queensland. We specialise in water and sewer infrastructure, working with a strong focus on quality, safety and environmental management.

Our operations are supported by robust, third-party certified management systems, including ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 45001 (Health & Safety) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management).

We are proud to work with a range of respected clients, including Queensland Government local councils and North Queensland Bulk Ports, and have built a strong reputation for reliability, technical capability and delivering projects safely and efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

• Have a strong commitment to safety
• Be responsible, reliable, and team-oriented
• Be able to work effectively in small teams and remote environments
• Understand productivity expectations on civil projects
• Show initiative and problem-solving capabilities on site
• Valid Driver Licence
• Construction White Card (Construction Induction Safety Certificate)
• Basic computer literacy (or willingness to learn) – we operate a paperless system for timesheets and job reporting
• Relevant industry Certificates of Competency
