Job summary

NSW Health is seeking a Plumber Level 4 at Prince of Wales Hospital, Randwick, for permanent full-time employment. You will deliver plumbing maintenance across Randwick Campus Hospitals and offsite facilities, ensuring safe, timely and efficient services. 38 hours per week with additional work as required.

Salary is $76,616 per annum plus superannuation, with opportunities for professional development and benefits such as salary packaging and healthy living discounts.

Qualifications

• Holds a current NSW plumbing license and demonstrated experience in the Plumbing field in residential or commercial environments.
• Demonstrated knowledge of preventative maintenance procedures for Plumbing, building and equipment.
• Experience in communicating with a wide range of stakeholders in regards to repairs and maintenance works.
• Ability to use computer software applications and electronic systems at a basic level in accordance with local procedures.
• Willing to work occasionally on evenings and weekends based on operational requirements.
• Demonstrated knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures and practises.

Selection Criteria

• Holds a current NSW plumbing license and demonstrated experience in the Plumbing field in residential or commercial environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of preventative maintenance procedures for Plumbing, building and equipment.
• Experience in communicating with a wide range of stakeholders in regards to repairs and maintenance works.
• Ability to use computer software applications and electronic systems at a basic level in accordance with local procedures.
• Willing to work occassionally on evenings and weekends based on operational requirements
• Demonstrated knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures and practises.
• Current Motor Vehicle Driver’s License and a Construction Induction Card (white card). Current First Aid Certificate is preferred but not essential.
