Job summary

Heritage College ELC Narre Warren South is seeking an enthusiastic ELC Educator to join the Early Learning team on a full-time permanent basis starting Term 1, 2027.

The centre offers a play-based program with VEYLDF alignment, focusing on safe, inclusive environments and collaboration with families to support children's development.

Applicants should have a diploma or ACECQA qualification, WWC, first aid, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma qualification or ACECQA qualification in Early Childhood.
• Valid Victorian Working with Children Check.
• Current First Aid, Emergency Asthma Management, and Anaphylaxis Management certificates (or willing to obtain).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support a play-based educational program aligned with VEYLDF and NQS.
• Observe, document and assess children’s learning and development.
• Create safe, engaging indoor and outdoor learning environments.
• Collaborate with families, staff and educators to support child wellbeing.
