Platypus Shoes Singleton is seeking a Store Manager to lead a passionate casual team alongside the Assistant Store Manager. You will drive sales, KPIs and customer experience in a high-profile retail environment, working closely with your Area Manager to identify growth opportunities.

This role emphasizes coaching, team development and stock management while ensuring OH&S compliance, store presentation and excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Drive the overall performance of your store by achieving sales targets, KPIs, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
• Lead and motivate your team to deliver outstanding results in sales and customer service.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales, celebrating wins and identifying areas for improvement.
• Manage rosters and wage costs in line with company targets and operational needs.
• Coach and develop team members, ensuring ongoing training, high morale, and strong succession planning.
• Oversee stock levels, store presentation, and operational excellence.
• Ensure adherence to OH&S standards and legislation.

About the Role

As the Store Manager at Platypus Shoes Singleton, you'll lead a team of passionate casual team members alongside your Assistant Store Manager. Your primary mission is to drive sales and KPIs, coach and inspire your team, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
