Job summary

Jomablue, a premium enterprise event technology company, is seeking a Platform Operations Specialist in Sydney to support the core platform, data flows, and AI-enabled workflows. You will diagnose issues, run data operations, and help translate real-world problems into practical solutions for internal teams and customers.

You will combine broad technical knowledge across cloud, networking and SaaS with hands-on skills to investigate, document, and automate repetitive tasks, while using AI tools

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in a platforms operations, systems, IT or similar technology role.
• Broad technology understanding spanning networking, operating systems, cloud and SaaS environments.
• Experience supporting internal teams using a software platform and bug triage.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep knowledge of the Jomablue platform and data flows to support internal teams and customers.
• Act as escalation point for the product team, triaging bugs and validating operational challenges.
• Investigate and reproduce issues across hardware, software, network and cloud layers to identify root causes.
