Job summary

Qantas is seeking a Platform Manager to shape and deliver the product strategy for an enterprise integration platform, underpinning digital, operational and customer experiences. Based at our new Product Innovation Centre in Adelaide, you will guide a six‑strong engineering team and cross‑functional partners to deliver value from discovery through optimization.

Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise platforms in complex environments.
• Platform-as-a-product mindset with scalable capabilities.
• Ability to own and prioritise platform backlogs and trade-offs.
• Strong judgement balancing delivery, stability, debt, and security.
• Experience establishing platform standards and guardrails.
• Knowledge of platform reliability, performance, lifecycle management.
• Experience embedding security controls and compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement across Product, Engineering, Architecture.
