• Proven experience leading enterprise platform, cloud, integration or application engineering teams within complex, large-scale organisations.

• Able to influence both technical and business stakeholders to align engineering with business goals.
• Demonstrates sound judgement balancing speed, security, governance, quality, cost and value.
