Job summary

Resero Group is seeking a Plastics Technical Moulder & Team Leader at our Minto site to lead and mentor the plastics moulding team. You will oversee machine setup, tooling changes, and live production, acting as the hands-on technical expert to build moulding capability and drive high-quality outputs.

You will manage die setters and operators, partner with maintenance, and ensure safety and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the plastics team and coordinate production activities including machine setup and tooling changes
• Operate and troubleshoot injection moulding processes to ensure high-quality outputs
• Collaborate with maintenance to support breakdowns and routine upkeep
• Work with planners to meet production targets
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship to die setters and operators

Plastics Technical Moulder & Team Leader

The Opportunity

The role of the Plastics Team Leader and Technical Moulder is responsible forleading and coordinating the activities of the plastic moulding team to ensure the efficient and effective production of high-quality plastic moulded products.

The role will also serve as the hands-on technical expert to build the moulding capability of Resero, an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to lead, mentor, and share knowledge.

The role is based at our Minto site, reporting to the Production Manager and has direct reports including die setters and operators.

Key Areas of Focus

• Technical moulding expert for plastics injection moulding


• Lead the plastics team and support growth and development of team.


• Coordinate and actively participate in production activities, including machine setup, tooling changes, running machines, and troubleshooting.


• Partner with planners to ensure production targets are met


• Collaborate with maintenance team conduct routine maintenance and support breakdowns.


• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
