Job summary

Concrite in Fyshwick, ACT, seeks a motivated Team Leader to guide our Canberra Mini Mix operations. You will lead agitator drivers and plant staff, ensuring smooth supply of cement, aggregates, sand and admixtures while upholding safety and efficiency across residential, commercial and infrastructure projects in the ACT region.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience within a manufacturing, construction, logistics or similar operational environment.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• A proactive approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Leading, supporting and coordinating a team of agitator drivers and plant employees.
• Managing the supply of raw materials including cement, aggregates, sand and admixtures.
• Driving a positive safety culture through pre-start meetings, toolbox talks and incident reporting.
• Overseeing plant maintenance, housekeeping and operational performance.
• Building strong relationships with customers, dispatch, drivers and internal stakeholders.
• Managing plant costs, raising purchase orders and supporting operational efficiency.

What You’ll Be Doing

What You’ll Bring

• Front End Loader and/or Forklift licences will be highly regarded
