Job summary

Concrite Canberra is seeking a motivated Team Leader to head the Canberra Mini Mix Fyshwick concrete operations, overseeing daily plant activities, coordinating people and resources, and driving safety culture across residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects in the ACT.

You will lead agitator drivers and plant staff, ensure supply of cement, aggregates, sand and admixtures, manage maintenance and costs, and build strong relationships with customers and internal teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience within a manufacturing, construction, logistics or similar operational environment
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• A proactive approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A commitment to safety and continuous improvement
• Front End Loader and/or Forklift licences will be highly regarded

Responsibilities

• Leading, supporting and coordinating a team of agitator drivers and plant employees
• Managing the supply of raw materials including cement, aggregates, sand and admixtures
• Driving a positive safety culture through pre-start meetings, toolbox talks and incident reporting

At Concrite, we're looking for a motivated and hands-on Team Leader to lead our Canberra Mini Mix Fyshwick concrete operations. As the leader of our plant team, you'll oversee daily operations, coordinate people and resources, champion a strong safety culture, and ensure our customers continue to receive the high-quality service Concrite is known for.
